Our Meals

Your stay at our one-tent camps includes freshly cooked breakfast and dinner, prepared daily to fuel your adventures. We’re also happy to provide vegetarian options upon request, ensuring a delicious meal for everyone. We use fresh ingredients, sourced locally whenever possible, to provide an authentic taste of Omani flavors.

Breakfast (8:30 AM )

Croissants & Bread: Freshly baked croissants and a choice of fresh or traditional Omani bread (khubz).
Butters & Spreads: Both salted and unsalted butter, a selection of various jams, and authentic Omani honey.
Fruits & Yogurt: Fresh seasonal fruit, plain and fruit-flavored yogurt.
Beverages: Fresh cow’s milk, coffee (regular and decaf), a selection of teas (including traditional Omani tea infused with cardamom), and chilled fruit juices.
Savory: Sliced cheeses and egg omelets prepared to order.

Dinner (7:00 PM)

Salads: Fresh Fattoush Salad and a refreshing Watermelon & Feta Cheese Salad.
Dips: Creamy Hummus and smoky Mutabal, served with warm Arabic bread.
Soup: A hearty Lentil Soup.
Main Courses: Fragrant Basmati rice, Tender Lamb Curry, and Chicken Curry.
Sides: Delicious Stuffed Grape Leaves and fresh steamed vegetables.
Desserts: A rich Egyptian bread pudding called Um Ali and a refreshing Coconut Cocktail.
