Day 1: Desert Immersion (Start at 08:30)
• 08:30: Meet your private Bedouin guide at the designated pick-up point at the Bidiyah Safari Tours office after a brief introduction and safety briefing, we will begin our journey to Wahiba Sands.
• 09:30 – 12:30: Enjoy the thrill of a camel ride across the rolling dunes. Your guide will share insights into the desert’s unique ecosystem, flora, and fauna.
• 12:30 – 14:00: Enjoy a delicious picnic lunch amidst the stunning scenery. Savour traditional Omani dishes prepared with local ingredients, home-cooked and delivered fresh.
• 14:00 – 17:00: Continue your journey on camelback, deep into the heart of the desert. Enjoy the panoramic views and tranquil atmosphere.
• 17:00 – 18:00: Arrive at a camel safari private desert camp, your home for the night. Relax and enjoy some well-deserved rest.
• 18:00 onwards: Experience authentic Bedouin hospitality. Share a traditional dinner with your Bedouin host family, engage in conversation, and learn about their culture and way of life under the starry sky.
Day 2: Journey through the deep desert and Bedouin life
• 08:00: Wake up to a breathtaking sunrise over the Wahiba Sands. Enjoy a traditional Bedouin breakfast.
• 09:00 – 16:00: Embark on a full-day camel trek to explore hidden oases and stunning viewpoints. Learn desert navigation and survival techniques from your expert guide. A delicious picnic lunch will be enjoyed during the trek.
• 16:00 – 18:00: Arrive at your Bedouin host family’s home. Relax, enjoy the sunset and reflect on the day’s adventures.
• 18:00 onwards: Participate in Bedouin activities – perhaps learning about traditional crafts or helping with daily chores. Share another memorable dinner with your host family, sharing stories and experiences around a roaring campfire.
Day 3: Return and Farewell Journey
• 08:00: Enjoy a final Bedouin breakfast, and enjoy a last moment of calm.
• 09:00 – 13:00: Embark on your final camel trek back to your starting point, reflecting on your incredible desert adventure.
• 13:00 – 14:00: Enjoy a farewell lunch at the starting point, and share your last memories with your Bedouin guide
• 14:00: End of the journey and arrival at the starting point
